Police chief is explaining what the suspect told them (He was having a bad day.) The clip makes it seem like that's the chief's position NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(0-0-0) Author

As usual, Rupar is lying. The LEO wasn't explaining the suspect's decision. He was relaying what the accused said regarding his motive. Rupar edits videos & misrepresents quotes all the time and I don't understand how he hasn't been kicked off Twitter for spreading disinformation NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(0-0-0) Author

Tweet misleading as to who was expressing the phrase "having a bad day". The officer answered by indicating the suspect said it in "interview", but authors words lead reader to believe the officer was "excusing" it, using "officer explains decision". Wording was misleading. [Link] NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(0-0-0) Author
