Despite posting this over two years ago, Valve have done absolutely nothing to resolve the botting crisis which TF2 is experiencing, this has led to further protests due to Valve's continued inaction. #fixTF2 #saveTF2 [Link][Link][Link] NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(30-0-9) Author

NNN. There were steps taken to reduce the effectiveness of the bots. Even though the situation hasn't improved much, saying "Valve have done absolutely nothing" is not factually correct. [Link] NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(5-2-17) Author

NNN. Community Notes are for Fact-Checking - do not abuse them. This tweet is factually accurate - some actions were taken by Valve. That is the end of the story as far as CNs are concerned. Your personal opinions on the outcomes of those actions should be taken elsewhere. NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(3-2-8) Author

While yes, Valve DID add updates to try and remove bots, none of them were really effective enough. You cannot just tape somebody’s mouth shut and expect them to shut up. The lack of bot prevention also brought #SaveTF2 back after two years. [Link] NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(1-2-8) Author

NNN. Valve HAS taken action against bots, both in the months immediately after this tweet and recently after the latest movement. Some may not consider it enough, which is what the comments are for. [Link] NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(1-0-1) Author
