This is completely false, The US gov agency FEMA website lists at least $332.5million in funding has already been given to organizations that provide migrants awaiting court dates with: food, shelter, cell phones, transportation, and other services. [Link]

The US government in fact does not provide any direct funding to noncitizens. The FEMA funding other reference is a reimbursement-based grant program, allowing NGOs and state and local governments to spend money on migrants and seek reimbursement. Tweet is technically true. [Link]
