All listed democracies are representative democracies (AKA republics). It is simply a regime where people elect their government. “Flawed” is a qualitative & subjective term. Can’t be true the qualification of “flawed” for Italian democracy. Italy is part and founder member of European Union and differs in no way from Spain, France or Germany. NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(3-0-1) Author

As for the term ‘Full democracy’ this can be disputed as many government positions are not chosen by the people and others that are, often resign on purpose and appoint their own choice of replacement.
