It is dishonest to count people returning back to work, after the pandemic, as new jobs. On February of 2020 , before the pandemic hit, 158,749,000 people were employed. On June of 2023 the U.S. had 160,994,000 employed. This is a net gain of only 2,145,000 jobs. [Link]

The graphic is deceiving; historic job gains under Biden are largely attributable to the the timing of when Biden took office in relation to the end of the pandemic recession. Most (>11M) jobs were naturally recovered during economic recovery. [Link] [Link] [Link] [Link]
