This is fake. Pure black would not make a watch invisible in this way.

Vantablack is a class of super-black coatings with total hemispherical reflectances below 1% in the visible spectrum. The name combines the words "vanish" & "black". It was developed by UK based Surrey NanoSystems in 2014. References used: [Link] [Link] [Link]

This is obviously fake. Claim is that Vantablack absorbs 99.6% of light yet the watch is showing a perfect reflection.

Next to the watch is a black wall likely for demonstration purposes, which combined with the reflection of the glass casing makes it look as if it were a window, which alongside the watch, causes it to appear transparent.

This video is at best misleading. There is no reference to a watchmaker who used Vantablack, if one did use this product, in no instance would it render anything virtually invisible. It erases features on a surface, making it true black, without reflection; not transparent. [Link] [Link]
