For relevance to the Met Police, the flag would have to be from a proscribed terrorist group in the UK, otherwise it is not a criminal matter. Saying the general layout of the flag is occasionally used by Jihad groups is not enough. [Link] NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(7-2-5) Author
