The term “murder” implies intent to kill and lack of justification for the act. The deceased was throwing rocks, which is deadly force (as it can cause death or serious injury), and the soldier fired in self-defense without specific intent to kill. [Link]

The post states that the Palestinian man was murdered by Israeli security forces for throwing rocks at them. This is a factual statement giving that the rules of war do not permit the use of lethal force on civilians who pose no immediate significant threat to military forces. [Link]

NNN Person threw rocks at somebody with a gun, got shot in return. While we don't know if he died or not, it doesn't matter much. Argue in the comments

We don't actually have no sound and no GPS coordinates to know what was really happening here. There is no evidence of that man having "disabilities". The man could be throwing grenades. We do not see where he was shot and if he survived. In war times, don't get involved.

There is no source saying this has any connection to either Palestine or Israel. This video shows nothing but a man doing a hand motion like he was throwing something, it is not clear if he actually did. According to the title he get's "shot" which also can not be verified. [Link]

"Murder" only refers to a killing when there is no legal excuse or authority. [Link]
