NNN, while many phones aren't able to do this, some are. It depends on the phone's model and manufacturer.

This post is fake however on iPhone you are able to do this if you follow these steps: settings > general > keyboard > text replacement there you can get the icon and paste it and assign it to another word (then when you say the word it will be replaced by the bird) [Link]

While it is not possible to get this symbol by holding down on T, it is possible for users to access it by typing in “[CHIRPBIRDICON ]”, without the space. [Link]
