Whilst they are associated with accelerated solar wind and enhanced geomagnetic activity, coronal holes are a frequent and safe feature of the solar corona. Also these images are from November as can be seen in the timestamp. [Link]

This tweet could've been correct if it was posted two weeks ago. The sun has since rotated, and the coronal hole is no longer "aimed directly at our planet" [Link]
