This post misleadingly claims that Labour intend to borrow ‘£28bn a year’. The same Telegraph article says Rachel Reeves has pledged that Labour would not hit £28bn each year, instead ‘ramping up’ green investment to this level in the second half of its term at the earliest. [Link]
