NNN. Clearly a personal opinion. You can rank countries on certain parameters (ie. Economy) but there is no objective way to classify overall "best country in the world".

In the Numbeo Quality of Life ranking Canada has been steadily falling since 2016, shortly after Trudeau became PM. The latest drop from 27th at 2023 mid year to 34th in 2024 is indicative of Canada not being the best country in the world but also getting worse. [Link]

"it's just an opinion" - no. When the leader of a country makes a claim like this he is asserting it as fact - there is no equivocation at all in his speech. And let us not forget the reasons for a note being required: "It presents an unverified claim as a fact" [Link]

It is the people of Canada that make it great, not oversight of government on the people of Canada. When Trudeau Says "its up to all of us", he includes the heavy hand of his government. It's the individual citizens of Canada that make it great. X.com is a great source !
