The Constitution requires the electors from all 50 states to be counted. There is no exception for states that engaged in insurrection. To the NNN, you are inventing constitutional law to fit your agenda. Not everything is an “insurrection” just because they don’t listen to the government. There is no mention of electoral votes being excluded in the US Constitution. The 14th amendment does allow for reduction of representation for states involved in an insurrection, however no state or representative has been charged with insurrection in this matter.
