I checked previous CN's claim that the video is from Bucharest. The claim is not true. In the video, they speak Russia, and "Sewer people" does nor contain anything like what is the original updates' video. According to langue they speak, the video is most likely from Moskow. NNN. Although there's Russian minority in Romania, I don't know why whole documentery is in Russian. Kids are speaking russian, journalist also. It makes no sense for this to be in Bucharest. NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(0-0-0) Author
