No note needed. Poster is clearly talking about the levity with which they believe bombs and violence should be regarded, and is not claiming that no bombs have ever been dropped in London.

NNN - the OP is expressing an opinion; a bomb being dropped by a military force is different from a civilian terror attack. Bombs were dropped on London during WW2, over 80 years ago, and it's reasonable to say that the UK has never got past it; it is eulogized yearly.

NNN, while Britain did have constant bombing during the blitz and the people then weren't as affected emotionally about it, it has been 80 years since then so it's reasonable to assume people of today would have different reactions to it, and op post is a personal opinion.
