We don’t call English castles built by Normans French and we don’t call castles in Wales built by English lords English. Hungarians must have a chip on their shoulder because the people they subjugated with their castles are now independent and free.

Bran castle (and most castles in Transylvania) are currently in Romania and were built by Saxons (not Hungarians). In 14th century, skilled workers were brought from German lands to built defenses in Transylvania and many ended up getting established there. [Link]
