The poster has a disability which impacts their bladder and or bowel. As such they presented a "cannot wait" card supplied by their NHS specialist nurse and the Bladder and Bowel community. Potentially an issue under the Equality Act 2010, failure to make reasonable adjustments

OP is complaining that a business did not accept this card, despite it not having any legal power. The website says that it is ‘recognized and supported by many retail and service organisations’ and does not hold legal power, nor is it required to be accepted. [Link]

NNN - some of the CNs refer to statutory instruments (Occupiers' Liability Act 1957, Equality Act 2010). Neither of those statutes are applicable in OP's circumstances.

NNN - although the card has no legal power, OP is not asserting that the business broke the law. He has a right to complain that the business did not accommodate his demonstrated medical issue, just as they had the legal right to refuse him bathroom access. [Link]
