NNN - the post is making an observation of what appears to be taking place in the video. Furthermore, authorities constantly do things they don’t have the right to do. This is especially true in authoritarian-led countries, but happens in democracies as well.

Beyond what others have pointed out, its worth noting that in no way an armed(!) security officer has any business being inside a voting booth. Even if they have no right to interfere, it'd still be considered intimidating the voter.

There is no evidence that this video was actually filmed at a poll station. It looks like a staged video, which the purpose is to mislead the audience. [Link]
