Bill Gates never claimed to have discovered it. Also, the Wikipedia page provided literally claims "Fonio is one of the ancient African crops, possibly the oldest West African crop as its cultivation seems to have started about 7,000 years ago." NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(4-2-5) Author
