These troop movements are not happening right now. This image only shows the possible land corridors that have been designed in case russia would attack a NATO country. NATO has numerous plans for differing war scenarios. This is just one of them. There is no full scale conflict with Russia, these plans won't be implemented until, or if, this happens.
