The article is carried by the Daily Mail, not the Telegraph. It refers to logistics plans to get troops & equipment to any NATO member state, should Russia expand its expansionist military operations beyond Ukraine. These plans are precautionary only. [Link]

NNN. The Daily Mail article cites the the Telegraph as its source within the first few paragraphs, consistent with the OP's claim that that Telegraph is the source of the report.

These troop movements are not happening right now. This image only shows the possible land corridors that have been designed in case russia would attack a NATO country. It’s literally only a plan, it’s not even used because russia is not attacking NATO (yet). [Link]

This is not a real plan. No troops would be sent on land through Norway, Sweden and Finland. There are no roads to support this, and if it was, it would take weeks to transfer troops. It is almost 2000km, on small roads. [Link]

NATO has numerous plans for differing war scenarios. This is just one of them. There is no full scale conflict with Russia, these plans won't be implemented until, or if, this happens. The original poster seems to be intent on spreading fear and alarm with no basis. [Link]
