This is a digitally manipulated picture. A full moon would be so bright as to completely wash out Saturn, not to mention Saturn's rings and Jupiter's moons. There has been no alignment like that of the Moon, Jupiter, and Saturn in at least 100 years. [Link]

To add to other CN, the caption by Figen states image was 'shot', so implies a single real image. Plus apparent sizes of Jup. & Sat. are too large wrt Moon, so they have obviously been pasted in. When did you ever see the disks of these planets in sky with naked eye??. [Link]
