The post accurately says the UN report could not find evidence of rape, seen in section 26, nor of a Hamas plan of sexual violence, as shown in the quoted part of 95. It also notes the report saying sexual violence (SGVB) did occur. The rest of 95 does not contradict this. [Link]

The report states that the commission was not able to independently verify allegations of rape, not that there is no evidence of rape. Moreover, concluding paragraph 90 explicitly states that members of Hamas and civilians committed SGBV on 10/7. [Link]

NNN - The post accurately states the UN report could not find evidence of rape: "The commission also said it...could not independently verify reports of rape." [Link] "The commission also reviewed rape testimonies...but said it was unable to independently verify these" [Link]

The poster OBVIOUSLY BLANKED OUT THE PARAGRAPH that said sexual violence took place. And there are at least 3 people saying "NNN" defending it. Your rights to CN should be revoked as you are blatant propagandists with absolutely 0 desire for truth and honesty. [Link]

"The Commission identified patterns indicative of sexual violence and concluded that these were not isolated incidents but perpetrated in similar ways in several locations primarily against Israeli women" [Link] The UN does not deny mass sexual violence. No conclusion made re: orders

The report distinguishes b/w general term SVGB (“sexual & gender based violence”), which it identified based on acts that are degrading or indicative of violence on body/genitals (§14-19; [Link] and rape, which the report notes it was not provided evidence of despite repeat requests
