Nalanda University was destroyed twice. First by Huna ruler Mihirakula, a devotee of Shiva, in the 6th century. The university was destroyed again by Gaudas in 7th Cent. They cut down the Bodhi tree in Bihar which was the place of the Buddha’s enlightenment. [Link] NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(3-0-1) Author
