NNN OP is not disputing that they tipped $150, their issue is the manager's reaction to the high tip amount. People who submit community notes should read the tweet threads to get context. Even the follow up Community note is wrong.

NNN The source in the note shows 2 examples of how tips are processed. "The most common way" tips are processed is with the tip settled at settlement. Settlement happens when the restaurant settles the debt, not at payment time. Receipt doesn't say table pay, just contactless
