The second point is factually inaccurate. The last former prime minister to lose their seat at a general election was Ramsey MacDonald, who served as PM until June 1935 and was consequently defeated in the November 1935 election, losing his seat at Seagram. [Link]

Ramsay MacDonald, PM between 1929 - 1935, lost his seat in the November 1935 election. He was defeated by Emanuel Shinwell in Seaham before eventually returning to Parliament in a January 1936 By-Election. Liz Truss is the first PM to lose their seat in 88 years not 100. [Link]

NNN. There is no need to split hairs. The poster is clearly rounding up from 95 (1929). A race to the bottom on semantics is unnecessary and not what the point of a Community Note is.
