NNN- Police statements are typically only designed to protect the police. and are by nature unreliable. It also does not justify the police actions seen. If you are so desperate to defend police brutality you can do it in the comments instead of community notes.

NNN - regardless of what happened before the video, there is no need for a police officer to hit or kick a person who is already detained and on the ground face down. Also, the cops attacked another person in the video who was sitting there with their hands up doing nothing.
