All leading booking platforms provide a Content/Rating warning for 'A' rated movie. Raayan is a 'A' rated. The post author makes an inaccurate claim to justify his/her mistake. This is clearly the fault of the OP user. No point in blaming the Theater staff or BookMyShow. While booking tickets for children the user not only ignored the Adult only movie rating but also disregarded the warning pop-up shown on the booking platform for the said movie.
