The evidence for the proposed note states Swyer syndrome have XY and are males, they have female organs but are still males. Also: A rare genetic condition in which people who have an X chromosome and a Y chromosome (the usual pattern for males) look female. [Link]

There are no official sources or tests telling that these both women have XY-Chromosomes. Both are born biological woman. The tests that allegedly have been made were never made public. [Link] [Link]

NNN XY chromosomes indicate male. There are rare genetic disorders where this is not true, but neither player has provided a diagnosis consistent with a disorder associated with XY female, so they are presumed male.
