Lindsay did not try to kidnap anybody & stream to the world on her IG Live. She thought some homeless kids were in danger after offering the adults help & they refused. NNN- Lohan tried to take a homeless child’s hand and lead her away from their parents. The mother hit Lohan and she ran away as documented on her IG live.
