It takes 270 electoral votes to win the presidency.([Link] As of 8/26/24, Jill Stein is on the ballot in enough states to win 293 votes. This doesn’t include several write-in states, states still collecting signatures and states still being certified.([Link]

Jill Stein is unlikely to win the majority of the vote in any state she is on the ballot. She has no path to victory if she does not have a strong majority of the votes in nearly every state she will be on the ballot for. Therefore, she is a spoiler for the Democratic Party.
