Just another case showing corruption and bias in FA against Arsenal. The referee ignores the Brighton players kicking opponents and kicking away the ball. But issues yellow to Arsenal without warnings. [Link] NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(7-0-7) Author

The ball was still moving and would not have been a legally played freekick. Also, the ball was played from ~8 yards from where the foul was located, which again is not a legal freekick. These should’ve both been brought to the referees attention by VAR. [Link] NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(31-2-7) Author

Rice kicked the ball thus delaying the restart. This warrants a card whether or not the ball is booted away, picking it up and moving away from the free kick position or how he had actually kicked it. [Link] NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(3-0-13) Author

NNN - community note saying that VAR should’ve intervened here clearly does not know enough about VAR protocol, VAR isn’t permitted to intervene/overturn double yellow red cards. “ The VAR is NOT permitted to intervene where a second yellow card leads to a red card” [Link] NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(2-1-1) Author

The ball was still moving and wouldn’t have been a legally played free kick. The ball was moving because it was kicked while stationary meaning the free kick was taken. Also the ball was played ~8 yards from where the foul was located which again is not a legal free kick. [Link] NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(13-0-0) Author

NNN - Declan Rice stated that he believed he should have received a yellow card for this. The Laws of the Game do not state that the ball needs to be stationary for this to be a yellow card offence. [Link][Link] NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(0-0-1) Author
