The post infers that a US Navy Surface Vessel was compromised by a female E-9 NCO, which is not accurate. "Chief of the Boat" is a term used by the US Navy to indicate the senior enlisted NCO on a US Navy Submarine. Subs can't have Starlink, therefore the story is false. [Link]

Navytimes.com express story same way than OP. Proposed CN is quite conradictory. [Link]

It's helpful to get your own words right if you're trying to argue semantics in your CN. Starting off by misusing "infer" doesn't lend much credibility to the rest of the sentence.

If you’r going to write a news article you should’ve done a little research. She was a Senior Chief (E-8), serving as senior enlisted advisor for the command. Normally that would be the Command Master Chief (E-9). Chief of the boat is for submarines, same concept. But wrong! [Link]
