NNN, GPS receivers, as in the one for the navigation system, do not transmit, so there should be no transceiver warning sticker. Further, they are not jury-rigged inline into the vehicles ODB port. This is an aftermarket tracker, with cellular connection.

Note is in fact needed, those systems absolutely do transmit. Almost all new non-base model vehicles are equipped with a cellular connection and GPS for things like app control of locks/remote start/etc and tracking the vehicle. [Link]
