This is factual wrong: Faulty genes (genetics) are the only reason for cancer. However, most cancer are caused by gene mutations which happen during life. In contrast, 5-10% of cancer are caused by inherited genes. [Link]

Cancer can be genetic as well as lifestyle choices. Previous note does not make this clear. As an example we all know smoking causes cancer. That is a lifestyle choice. [Link]

The risk of cancer can be increased due to inherited mutations (such as BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutations). Also, the post does not mention the most important lifestyle choice, smoking / second-hand smoke, or the most overlooked environmental factor: radon gas in the home. [Link]
