The note is incorrect. An ‘overhead kick’ is a kick which results in the ball travels over the players head. A ‘bicycle kick’ is indeed an overhead kick, but so is a scorpion kick and any other which results in the above definition. [Link]

NNN This is indeed an overhead kick as the ball goes over the players head, hence the name. However, overhead and bicycle kicks are considered different as during a bicycle kick, it’s typically requires the player to be in the air during the ‘overhead kick’. [Link]
