Denmark has no mandated minimum wage; instead, workers and their unions collectively negotiate for wages, which may be higher than mandated minimum wages of certain other countries, rendering minimum wage laws unnecessary. [Link]

NNN - the post is factual. Speculation about why wages are different in the U.S. and Denmark is just that - speculation. A note, therefore, is unnecessary.

NNN. The OP makes no claims about the reasons why wages are different in the two countries.

Parental leave in Denmark is paid for by the state, not by the employer, so calling it a benefit is misleading. [Link]

Nnn - mostly. 401(k) is a benefit, but it seems desperate to list e.g. free uniforms as a benefit. As for parental leave, it is a benefit for employees in DK compared to US whoever pays for it and whether or not it is optional for emoloyers.
