It is a common joke that having the BCG vaccine scar is a shared trait among Latin Americans. Both Goth and Taylor-Joy have the scar because they were raised in South America. If they qualify as Latin Americans is a highly debatable topic that is not relevant to a satirical post

Mia Goth is English and England gave the BCG vaccination to all school children until 2005 [Link] Nothing to do with being Latina. Everyone received one at school until 2005.

NNN; the post jokingly equates the vaccination scar, common in Latin America, with being Latina.
