The poll has a +/- 9% variance. A perfect example of a poll that does not represent accurately the true data of support behind either candidate. This is similar to the race between Al Gore & Bush. Gore had a strong lead in the polls but lost in the election. [Link]

No note needed. There is indeed a poll in which Trump leads by 11% among Hispanics. The source and MOE can be clearly seen in the image shared. No need to add context that’s already provided.
