The Supreme Court affirmed that the US Constitution does not cover abortion. Under the 10th Amendment, this means that this falls to state legislatures. [Link] Donald Trump has stated clearly that he would veto any legislation calling for a "national abortion ban" [Link]

The proposed note is nonsense, and written by someone who does not know the law. I am an attorney, and the 10th Amendment has nothing to do with anything. The original post is a combination of being factually correct and an opinion about Trump's judges and bragging about it.

NNN. Trump has taken credit for the overturning of Roe V. Wade, which left the decision up to the states, many of which have turned to all out-bans. It is not unreasonable to call it a "Trump abortion ban". [Link]
