The poster combines separate events into one. The photo posted is the man who admitted to setting fire to a mailbox collection box. While ~20 mail in ballots were damaged, this was not a ballot drop box. This does not appear to be related to the election. [Link]

According to police, the suspect Dieter B. Klofkorn’s motive was not politics related but simply to be put in jail. Also, no credible source, including the police, has confirmed his party affiliation. Saying he is a republican or democrat is a baseless speculation. [Link] [Link]

The suspect was a homeless man who set fire to a USPS box, not a ballot drop box. No current authentic source links him to a political affiliation. He has a history of petty crime. This is ordinary alleged crime, not currently linked to any election related motive. [Link]
