Misleading. The fact Elon Musk initially had a J-1 visa and later an H-1B does not debunk claims he worked illegally. A J-1 visa does not grant unconditional "permission to work". On a J-1, Musk could only work if he were also a full-time student. He has admitted he was not. [Link]
