Just because she wasn’t literally a judge does not mean she doesn’t have experience in the judicial branch of government. If you disagree with how the post interpreted her role as AG please leave a comment and don’t write useless notes.

An Attorney General is part of the executive branch of government, not the judicial branch. Judges are the judicial branch. [Link]

Agree with other note not needed comment. Harris would have gained direct experience of the judiciary branch while serving as DA and AG. The OP didn’t say she served in the judiciary, but that she had experience of it. It’s semantics, at the end of the day.
