The proposed note itself is misleading. The "31%" came from [Link] and it said 1473/2976 "social-eco" and 925/2976 (~31%) "elective". This is a different picture but didn't invalidate the main post (or even makes it more relevant). NEEDS_MORE_RATINGS(9-0-0) Author
