There is no evidence that the video is authentic. The persons in the video are missing parts of the uniform. The video similar to the [Link] where person pretends to speak russian, while mispronounces the name of Ukrainian president with mistakes typical to Russian native speakers. [Link]

The source is news-pravda.com, a well-known Russian disinformation website, which quotes Oleg Tsarev, a pro-Russian politician from Donbass. Plus, some parts of the usual Ukrainian uniform are missing. This video is likely staged by Russian troops to discredit Ukraine in the USA. [Link]

This video, as well as another similar one, appeared at the same time, only on pro-Russian accounts, immediately after Trump's victory. This looks like a planned Russian production, to spread anti-Ukrainian sentiments among Trump and his supporters. Similiar video: [Link]
