Eat food, not too much, mostly plants. OP clearly does not know about cholestrol. Eating mostly plants diet with occasional intake of animal protein is the healthiest diet. [Link]

According to the AHA, American Heart Association, you should have 5.5-6 oz/eq of protein a day; chicken, fish, eggs, etc. 2 cups of fruits, 3 cups of vegetables, and 3 cup/eq of diary, This is a heart healthy diet to lower CVD risk. Also, I recommend DASH diet. [Link] [Link]
