False, judges didn't decide anything, they asked the European Court of Justice to check if it's legal to hold asylum seekers to a third country. Also this only applies to a very small % of immigrants. [Link]

Italy live in a democracy. Italians ligitimately elected their parliament and the parliament later elected the President Meloni Giorgia. European Justice Court has been asked to judge on the matter. There is no sovereignty uncertainty on Italy. [Link] [Link]

Quoted Post is incorrect. Italian judges do not prevent the deportation of illegal immigrants, but require that the 'accelerated' deportation procedure is to be applied only toward those countries defined as 'safe', in compliance with Italian and European regulations. [Link] [Link] [Link]
