The current senate breakdown is Democrats 51 - Republicans 49. The Republican party can only filibuster until cloture is invoked. Once invoked, they cannot stop the final vote, which takes place after cloture ripens. They would need Democrat senators to stop a potential vote [Link]

NNN Joe Manchin voted against the nominee. John Fetterman was absent. Had all Republicans been present and voted no the vote would have been 49-50. Also, the proposed note uses wikipedia, which is not a reliable source.
