FALSE and MISLEADING Russia fired an Oreshnik IRBM, not an ICBM. NATO did not warn citizens because the IRBM was fired at Ukraine, which is not a member of NATO. Russia informed US of the launch so NATO knew it was not a nuke, and there was no need to inform citizens. [Link] [Link] [Link] [Link]
