Northern Kurdistan is a known geographical region within the borders of modern day Turkey whether Turks like it or not. Even though in the Ottomans they call this region “Kurdistan” there is no such a region named “Northern Kurdistan” in Turkey. Name of this region is “Southeastern Anatolia” instead of “Northern Kurdistan” Turkey is a different state from Ottoman Empire like Greece, etc. [Link] [Link]
