NNN, state law is clear here. In New York State you must be "sentanced" to be "convicted" 380.20 Sentence required. The court must pronounce sentence in every case where a conviction is entered. [Link]

Sentenced? No. But convicted? Absolutely he was. 34 counts and he is a felon. These are indisputable FACTS!! See attached AP news article. Notice it says convicted 😉 And sentencing has only been postponed pending motions. Motions that have not been seen nor approved yet 😉 [Link]
